These tasks will help you get the most out of your program demo.
  • Hold system demo - Review the changes made with internal/external stakeholders, gather feedback, and determine if you need to change direction/pivot on the work
  • Close out the planning period - Understand what has been completed and what is still left on the table (e.g. incomplete features, stories, objectives). Close/split outside work items from the previous planning period
  • Hold retrospective - Reflect on what went well, what didn’t go well, and how we can improve as a program next planning period, including how we are going to track the identified improvement items
