Agile: What does success look like?
A successful agile transformation is an ongoing journey and involves many wins and challenges along the way. However it's important to recognize that each organization’s agile transformation and path to maturity is unique. In working with many hundreds of customers over the years we’ve determined that the customer journey follows these four stages: Team, Team of Teams, Investment & Enterprise (pictured in the image below). Furthermore, there are pivotal attributes and capabilities we see in each level.
