Consider the following questions when making decisions about program scope and impact.

Factors for decision-making

Will product managers be using the Product level of Jira Align to help manage personas, customers, and product objectives?
Does the program work with other programs to optimize and improve a business capability?
Is leadership providing vision and oversight across multiple programs? (e.g. need a “solution room”)?
Do architects want visibility into what part of the code base the feature is impacting?
Will the data from Jira Align be integrated into a BI data lake (using Enterprise Insights) and do/should any of these dimensions combine with other data sources?
